Our team has finished up a huge week of judging and we thank our glorious industry for putting its trust in us. It's been hard work but also a privilege.

In 2024 we judged 790 wines across 16 classes, awarding 85 gold medals. Just under 70% of entries were awarded a medal which is testament to the quality of wines that our viticulturists and winemakers are crafting. The Heritage class, where an entry is three vintages of the one wine, spanning a minimum of 8 years, was viewed as the best ever tasted so we can feel justifiably confident in where our wines are going.

Trophy winners were announced at our long lunch celebration on Sunday 3 November at the Hilton, Auckland. It was a celebration of all the wonderful wines and our very special industry, and we loved spending time with the incredible talent and generous supporters that filled the room. Ngā mihi nui.
